I have over 25 years’ experience working in the public arena guiding and coaching hundreds of individuals in their career path and job search. I possess a real curiosity about people and thrive working with those who wish to move forward in their lives. It brings me great satisfaction and honour to see people succeed in whatever path they take. I firmly believe everyone has a purpose in life and taking the smallest steps in the right direction is progress. Change is necessary for us to grow, yet there are times when we are content to stay comfortable, relaxed and safe in the certainty of our daily routines. But I keep reminding myself that I know from goal setting, identifying what we want, helps us stay in control.
